Laing Art Summer School

Looking for a bit of artistic, creative fun for your summer holidays?

This summer the Laing is hosting a five day art summer school for 10 to 15 year olds.

Participants will work with a variety of techniques and create a portfolio of work. The week will kick off at Hatton Gallery and Great North Museum then continue the creativity at the Laing.

The week will end with an exhibition opening event showcasing participants’ work for family and friends to attend.

Don’t miss this chance to learn new artistic skills, have fun and make some new friends!

There may also be the opportunity for participants to achieve the nationally accredited Bronze Level Arts Award, at an additional cost.
