An Evening with award-winning writer and television presenter, Cameron McNeish.
Cameron McNeish is an award-winning writer and television presenter and is Scotland’s best known outdoor commentator. Cameron talks about his adventurous life and examines some of the books and individuals that have most inspired him. His talk is illustrated by audio and video footage.
As a passionate mountaineer and hillwalker Cameron has climbed and hiked extensively in Scotland, and has led treks in Nepal, India, Pakistan, Jordan, Morocco, Guatemala, Turkey and North America. His television successes include: The Edge: 100 Years of Scottish Mountaineering; two series of Wilderness Walks; and The Adventure Show. He is a Vice President of Ramblers Scotland and Patron of Scottish Orienteering and Mountain Aid. He is also an Honorary Fellow of the Royal Scottish Geographical Society.
