Minehead and West Somerset Arts Society are very excited to announce the visit of the BSO Strings, a twenty-four piece string ensemble, made up of members of the world famous Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra.
Known across the world thanks to over 300 recordings, the BSO was originally founded in 1893 as the Bournemouth Municipal Orchestra and changed its name to the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra in 1954, becoming famous for its encouragement of English composers
