Rossano Sportiello Trio

The fabulous Italian-American swing pianist returns to The Stables for another morning of superb live jazz. Rossano was born in Vigevano, Italy, and graduated in classical piano aged only 16.

Having transferred his allegiance to jazz, he became known as an exponent ofthe stride style and was compared to the late Ralph Sutton and Dave McKenna, but that understates his playing range. He can, as they say, do it all.
