After their well-received debut full-length in 2018 and follow up EP just ten months later, Modern Rituals are back with their second album, This is the History, out March 20th on Holy Roar Records. This is the History goes deeper into the weirder seams of indie rock the band are known for, reflecting on eccentric character types; the odds and sods ruminating on the absurd traits of daily living.
2019 also saw the band tour the UK and Europe with the likes of Rope, Holding Patterns, Kal Marks and Cassels, on top of writing and recording their second album. 2020 sees in more touring and writing, with the spring release promising a thorough UK tour and festival slots through the summer.
