This is exactly what happens to Donald’s character, hapless Geordie market researcher Barry Twyford, in this remarkable one-man show.
A panic-stricken Barry, spends a desperate hour clawing at ways to entertain the crowd. Using the venue’s on-stage technology kit; iPad, TV and internet, the terrified not-wannabe comedian tries to find someone who can help him keep a crowd happy for sixty minutes. He makes a number of eventful video calls to various characters, all played by Donald.
Can anyone online help Barry out of his living nightmare? Marvel as loveable idiot Twyford delivers the funniest hour of haphazard comedy against all odds.
The show will be held in “Treharris Room” at Redhouse.
