A funny and poignant new play by award-winning Fritchley writer, Tim Elgood about growing up, growing old, and a lifetime of self-discovery.

It's the most unexpected things that rekindle the unique bond between brother and sister. An ageing parent is one. Alzheimer's is another. But 'life's too short'. There are new places to go, new people to meet, and new discoveries to be made - not least between brother and sister and their family experiences, past present and future.

Tim's first play, A Stone's Throw From Edward, was performed at Buxton International Arts Festival , and won the Granada Foundation Award. He has written extensively for youth and community theatre groups at Derby Playhouse (Busters Last Stand, By The Baseball Ground), and has had plays performed at venues across the region, including The Pros, The Cons and A Screw (Derby Theatre) and Mother Came Too, Mad Dogs (Derby LIVE).

Other awards include the BAFTA-sponsored TAPS New Writer Award for "Mother Came Too"
