Mindfulness
Mindfulness - a one day course: Rooted in ancient Buddist traditions mindfulness has been successfully adapted and scientifically proven to assist with modern life and living.
Explore the four process used in a mindful practise:
* Meditation or sitting
* A body scan and breathing
* Compassion for the self and others
* Transforming daily living
Tanya Whannell was taught Mindfulness when she was a teacher with the Phoenix Trust. She has regularly updated her skills and has taught the practise to groups and individuals. Tanya's classes are fun and easy to follow, learners come away with new information which will assist in their lives.
Learners to bring a small cushion, notebook, pen and either a sleeping bag. blanket or rug for floor.
