Spiral Qi Gong
Qi Gong (like Tai Chi) exercises the body and mind using slow, gentle movements and working with the breath to stretch, energise and relax your whole being. Spiral Qi Gong is a sequence of moves designed to help boost the immune system so is particularly relevant during the Autumn to help us combat colds and coughs and to stay healthy throughout Winter. It is suitable for everybody no matter your age and fitness and can be practiced safely at home.
Emma has been practicing Qi Gong for at least ten years and has personally found it highly beneficial and rewarding. She teaches privately, in schools and at Marlborough Summer School.
