Cookery Masterclass - Baking And Bread

Cookery master classes are a great way to develop your skills and learn new techniques.

Each 4 week long master class is tailored to suit the need and skills of those attending can accommodate and dietary requirements.

These courses are hands on and are a fun way of broadening you experience and knowledge of food.

This Baking and Bread making course will show you how to make simple bread rolls to international flavours and enriched doughs, providing a good breadth of knowledge to help you bake the perfect loaf.

Catherine Maxwell has a range of experience of working in kitchens including time spent working with Michel Roux Jr. Using these skills, more recently, to infuse a passion for cookery within the community.

All ingredients will be provided.
