18 Stance Tai Chi Qi Gong
Qi Gong is a slow gentle form of exercise that stretches your whole body, removes tension, improves your immune system, calms your mind, helps lower blood pressure and enhances your outlook on life.
It is suitable for all ages and levels of fitness and no previous experience is necessary.
This six week course will cover the 18 Stance Tai Chi Qi Gong – a series of 18 flowing movements that can be performed as a sequence or as stand alone exercises. Each lesson will review what has been learnt before so helping to embed the sequence more thoroughly into your memory.
