This event has been and gone.
They’ve had their own TV special at the London Palladium, they have an iTunes-chart-topping podcast and now they’re touring the country; it’s the one and only Horne Section’s one and only 2020 Tour.
Following their hit BBC Radio 4 series, and many years of sell-out shows at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and in London’s West End, don’t miss everyone’s favourite Dictionary Corner regulars from 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown and the first band to ever host Never Mind the Buzzcocks (BBC Two).
Five outstanding musicians, one non-musical stand up, there’ll be comedy, songs, enthusiastic dancing and a lot of mucking about. A unique show from the hugely talented band and Alex Horne, the creator and co-host of the BAFTA and Emmy award-nominated Taskmaster, which won Best Entertainment Show at last year’s Broadcast Awards.
The Horne Section
Alex Horne has gathered some of the UK's finest jazz musicians and mixed them with the most exciting comics in the country to create some unique and hilarious noises. It's jazz-infused comedy; live and loud – part improvised, part honed, part performance, part party. 'We can't recommend The Horne Section highly enough – it's simply the best late-night show at the (Edinburgh Fringe Festival) and a gigantic heap of fun' (Time Out) 'An absolute blast' (Metro)
