The Arden

The Arden are excited to present their work by writer in residence, Cathy Crabb who has written extensively for the stage including the plays Beautiful House, Moving Pictures and Something Right. Her plays have been performed and toured throughout the North West. Her most recent musical, Meat Pie, Sausage RolL was performed at Oldham Coliseum in March.

Developed specifically with the students of The Arden School of Theatre Cathy Crabb has created a series of fly-on-the-wall, stand-alone stories that link together at one of Saddleworth’s most notorious events. Consisting of beer, charity, fancy dress, fights, romances and secrets.
