In 2011, Bernadette Russell decided to be kind to a stranger every single day, to see what would happen. Then she wrote the children’s activity book Do Nice, Be Kind, Spread Happy. She’d love you to join her and try some of the fun ideas she discovered such as ‘Send A Hug Through the Post’, ‘A is for Amazing’ and ‘Smile Collection’.
Through these small, random acts, Bernadette explores ways that all of us can make the world a better, happier place with kindness. We will also be leaving secret messages of kindness and happiness throughout the gallery for people to find…
