Mozarmy Meet 2017

Welcome to the 5th annual Mozarmy Meet where fans from all over the world squeeze into the Star and Garter to celebrate their icon - Morrissey.

The countdown to March begins as the Mozarmy enjoys the chance to meet those friends from Twitter & Facebook in some kind of fantastic, electric atmosphere of positivity and love for Morrissey. It cannot be described until you actually go.

‘Morrissey is beyond special. He should be celebrated, and every year it's the Xanadu at The Star and Garter’, says Julie Hamill, founder of the Mozarmy and author of '15 Minutes With You' – who is hosting the event for the fifth year running.

Special guests include Morrissey’s former drummer Andrew Paresi and the Mexican Morrissey, Jose Maldonado, who will both be performing on the night.

Regular attendees can expect all of their favourites – the return of the Mozarmy band, the Mozarmy quiz featuring the Mozeoke round and Mr Andrew Paresi’s drum round, the amazing ‘meet’ raffle full of signed goodies!
