Told By An Idiot

Internationally-acclaimed theatre company Told By An Idiot is to explore the process of working with a writer on a devised show when it holds a special two-day workshop at Manchester’s Royal Exchange Theatre. It will be led by Told By An Idiot Artistic Director Paul Hunter.

The intensive workshop examines TBAI’s unique relationship with writers and how, by generating the right atmosphere, a writer can be a crucial part of a devising process. It looks at how this differs from a more conventional way of working – showing how it is possible to integrate a writer into a collaborative process whilst maximising the creativity and experience of an individual imagination.
