'Marion are an English alternative indie group, originally formed in 1993, in Macclesfield, Cheshire.
Jaime Harding (singer) became friends with Joe Moss (the ex-manager of The Smiths and huge music fan). Joe then helped Jaime find and inspire musicians and immediately found a permanent rehearsal space for Marion in the basement of the Night & Day Cafe on Oldham Street in Manchester's Northern Quarter. It took 9 months of 6/7 days a week writing and rehearsing for the band to be ready to play London gigs and attract a major record company deal.'

Despite having formed as recently as 2015, the three-piece band comprised of Kel (vocals, bass), Giz (guitar) and Jim (drums) have made an immediate mark on their local scene and beyond, and already had praise from the likes of Clash, Louder Than War and Punktastic.
The Empty Page have created their very own brand of pop/rock, straddling the line between grunge, post-punk and noise-pop, creating a sound that has an unerring ability to draw you in through it’s melodic choruses as well as it’s fuzzy, driven guitar lines. Having enlisted the skills of uber producer GGGarth Richardson (Rage Against The Machine, Biffy Clyro, L7, Melvins) to shape the sound of their debut record, The Empty Page are now preparing to unleash their sound to a wider audience.
