Launch Pad: It Was A Dark And Stormy Night

For the next in its series of Launch Pad exhibitions, Castlefield Gallery presents It Was a Dark and Stormy Night; a group project by six artists based across the UK, France and The Netherlands.

Taking its title from the opening line of English novelist Edward Bulwer-Lytton's 1830 novel Paul Clifford, the exhibition celebrates the farcical and light-hearted, with the artists forging a 'story' over the period of just one month.
