Recently picking up Best British Duo in the 2014 Exposure Music Awards, Blackheart's music and distinctive sound defy categorisation, combining acoustic instruments and the voice of Chrissy Mostyn with 80s electronica including stunning effects, atmospherics and their collection of vintage synthesisers to create a unique brand of avant-garde, ethereal folk.
In just four years, since their song 'Unlike Water' was used on a national TV commercial, the British multi-award winning, multi-instrumentalist duo have recorded three albums, enjoyed airplay in nearly every country in the world and played successful tours of the UK, Ireland, Germany, the Netherlands plus two headline tours of Australia and New Zealand.
