Keith Waithe & The Macusi Players
Award winning flautist, composer and teacher Keith Waithe, originally from Guyana, is the founder and leader of the Macusi Players, a world music jazz band that blends rhythms from the Caribbean, South America, Asia and Africa. He has also worked with Nit Sawhney and Courtney Pine. Keith mixes many sounds from his collection of over 204 flutes, fusing enigmatic musical forms in performance.

Talented young vocalist who is widely acclaimed as one of the leading jazz singers in the UK. Vocalist Liz lists Peggy Lee and Julie London as her influences, with a love for Ella and Chet Bakers' phrasing and a passion for Marvin Gaye, Donny Hathaway, The Crusaders and many of the early fusion bands.
