Tour - Ballgowns: British Glamour Since 1950
Take a tour of the exhibition "Ballgowns: British Glamour Since 1950" and charts the role of the Ballgown in British life from the formality of the traditional ball to the spectacle of the red carpet.
In addition to exploring in detail a selection of the gowns on display, the tour discusses the innovative set design and photography which serve to emphasise the sartorial splendour of the exhibits.
Part of London Design Festival 2012.
Free, with exhibition ticket. Please meet at the main entrance to the exhibition.
