Seil Lien - Launching their album tonight, this wonderful hard edged and soulful band are the spine tingling realization for the songcraft of one Marie Claire White, Glasgow born singer songwriter and artist. Having recently imprssed all supporting Goodbye Mr MacKenzie on their comeback tour, Marie Claire also joined them on stage fulfilling the Shirley Mansun role brilliantly. A wonderful voice presenting splendid rock noir tales of sensuality and despair, this is beautiful stuff that might suit fans of PJ Harvey, Patti Smith and Nadine Shah.
