Canadian indie-rock veteran Michael Feuerstack flies in from Montreal for the ever-reliable showcase session at Strongroom, where previous performers include All We Are, Sivu, Daughter, Douglas Dare and Luke Sital-Singh.

Touring his latest album, The Forgettable Truth, Michael Feuerstack is one of the Canadian scene's most revered songwriters, and brings his brand of wise-cracking reverie to one of the best intimate venues in town.

Michael was nominated for the Polaris Prize under his Snailhouse alias and his collaborations include Angela Desveaux, Arcade Fire and Bell Ochestre, whom he eventually joined as a full-time member. Throughout a 25-year career Michael has built an underground canon of crooked and beautiful songs.

Support is from three fabulous emerging talents in the shape of Davey James, Solomon Dent, and Naughty Boy's recent signing Ava Lily.
