The Country Soul Sessions 'Burns Night Special'
The Country Soul Sessions are delighted to announce that they will be holding their second 'Burns Night' on Saturday the 21st of Jan, 2017. This special night will be held as usual at the home venue The Spice Of Life.
The aim of the evening is to celebrate the birthday of the Scottish and International poet Robert Burns in the manner of the Country Soul.
There will be live music from special guests Black*Scarr, East Lonesome Drifters, Follow The Crows, Michael Dunnigan & Louise Loft playing their own tunes with a Burns interpretation thrown in, there will be poetry readings (audience participation is most welcome) and general fun all round.
A traditional 'Burns Night' meal of haggis, neeps and tatties with a glass of claret is included in the ticket price (both vegetarian and meat options available).
