Arhai is a duo based in London, UK, consisting of Serbian born composer and singer Jovana Backovic, and British multi-instrumentalist Adrian Lever. ArHai's music is cinematic fusion of electronica with folk and medieval music from both the Gaelic and Balkan traditions. Technologically mediated live performance of Arhai transforms the sound of Bulgarian lute and hammered dulcimer played by Adrian Lever, blending it with Jovana's ethereal vocals.
