Sara Pascoe presents a very special evening of comedy as she hosts a spectacular line-up of her funniest friends.


Following the massive success of her latest stand-up show, I Am a Strange Gloop, which toured extensively across the UK, Australia, and Canada, Sara is bringing her unique wit to the Roundhouse stage for this unmissable event.


Sara’s TV appearances have included Taskmaster (Channel 4), Live at the Apollo (BBC Two), QI (BBC Two), 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown (Channel 4), and Mock the Week (BBC Two).


Sara’s friends will include Nina Conti, John Kearns, Harriet Kemsley and Michael Odewale.


Nina Conti has won a British Comedy Award for storming Live at the Apollo, Russell Howard's Good News, Sunday Night at the Palladium, and made a BAFTA nominated film - all without even moving her lips. Following the rave reviews for her narrative film debut Sunlight, the Qi and House of Games star continues to bring her unique, world-class talent to the stage.


John Kearns is an actor, writer and the only comedian to have won both the Edinburgh Comedy Awards for Best Show and Best Newcomer in the awards’ 40-year history. He was a breakout star of series 14 of Taskmaster and alongside Sara was the co-host of Guessable. He has also appeared on Live at the Apollo, 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown, and House of Games.


Harriet Kemsley is an award winning comedian, writer and actress. She was seen on the first season of Last One Laughing UK, as well as appearing on Would I Lie To You, 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown, House of Games, and Live at the Apollo.


Michael Odewale is an acclaimed stand-up who has been seen on Live at the Apollo and Friday Night Live. He has been nominated for British Comedy Guide’s New Big Thing award, won Best Headliner at the Chortle Awards, and was nominated for an Emmy Award in the category of Outstanding Writing for a Variety Special for his work on Cunk On Life.

Sara is one of the most revered comedians in the UK. Sara’s radio series, 'Modern Monkey', aired on BBC R4 and her authored BBC short, 'Sara Pascoe vs Monogamy', was broadcast to great acclaim. Sara has enjoyed multiple sell-out UK tours and a sell-out run in London’s West End. As an actress, Sara has an impressive array of TV credits including the BAFTA nominated 'Twenty Twelve' (BBC2), 'W1A' (BBC2), 'Campus' (C4), 'The Thick of It' (BBC2) and 'Being Human' (BBC3). Sara has authored the critically acclaimed 'Animal' and the Sunday Times Best Seller 'Sex Power Money'.

Nina Conti

Ground-breaking ventriloquist Nina is a star of BBC's Live at the Apollo, QI and HBO's Family Tree. Nina began her career as an actress at the Royal Shakespeare Company, before the genius and anarchic theatre director Ken Campbell inspired her to become a ventriloquist. In 2008 she won the prestigious Barry Award at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival for her solo show Complete and Utter Conti. In 2010, Talk to the Hand had sell out seasons in Edinburgh, London, Melbourne, the Sydney Opera House and New York.
