Headlining this powerhouse line-up is Ed Gamble, co-host of the award-winning mega-hit podcast Off Menu with James Acaster, Taskmaster champion and host of The Traitors: Uncloaked and Taskmaster the Podcast. A fixture on UK TV, Ed has been seen and heard on Live At the Apollo, Mock the Week, QI, Would I Lie To You, and his new panel show, Unacceptable.
Joining Ed are Jamali Maddix, Sam Nicoresti, and Amy Gledhill.
Dynamite stand-up Jamali Maddix is a regular on Never Mind the Buzzcocks, host of Vice’s acclaimed series Hate Thy Neighbour and Dave’s Follow the Leader, and co-host of the new Comedy Central Series Am I the Asshole?. Jamali has also appeared on hit shows including Taskmaster Series 11, Live At the Apollo, Qi and 8 Out of 10 Cats.
Sam Nicoresti won the Edinburgh Comedy Award for Best Show in 2025 with her hit show Baby Doomer, which has since toured around the world. Her obsessive neuroticism and lyrical phrasing blends with a surrealist instinct and childish playfulness to create thick, delirious routines.
Our host for the night is Amy Gledhill, seen recently on season 2 of Last One Laughing and the most recent season of Taskmaster. She won the Edinburgh Comedy Award for Best Show in 2024, and is a four-time Edinburgh Comedy Award nominee.

Featuring
Ed Gamble
Ed Gamble is a stand-up comedian, writer and actor. Ed has appeared on some of the UK’s most popular TV shows: Mock the Week (BBC Two), Man Down (Channel 4), Never Mind the Buzzcocks (BBC Two) and Russell Howard’s Good News (BBC Two), as well as presenting radio shows for BBC Radio One and BBC Radio Four. He won the prestigious Chortle award for Best Compere in 2014.
Prior to this, Ed was co-writer and host of the iTunes-topping Peacock and Gamble Podcast as part of his double-act with comedian Ray Peacock. Peacock and Gamble also performed a sell-out UK tour in 2012, which was described as “a triumph of live comedy” (Fringe Guru) and “incessantly hilarious” (The Guardian).
“A hugely likeable performer…an excellent comic” (Paul Whitelaw, The Scotsman).
“A fully-rounded stand-up fiesta” (Brian Donaldson, The List).
With an assured stage presence and considered material that comes from a fresh perspective, he already has the aura of a successful comic well beyond his years. He is known for his 'Hate Thy Neighbour' documentary series about the rise of the far right on Viceland TV.
His natural confidence and charm allow him to tread gracefully across more sensitive topics leaving many of his contemporaries behind.
He has won the Comedy Café New act of the Year Competition and the Chortle Student Comedian of the Year award in 2014.
Big things await this natural talent.
Sam Nicoresti does comedy and sometimes a bit of art for money and occasionally if he’s been extra good he is allowed to publish his writing in web and print. He’s also a filmmaker and his favourite method of sleeping is prone – lights off, pyjamas on.
Comedian, actor, writer from Hull.
Nominated for Best Live Show at the National Comedy Awards 2023.
