Never miss another 'Steve Best' show

Steve Best
'A one man joke shop' who is funny, frenetic and exhausting to watch. A great visual comedian, harnessing a mind-boggling array of gadgets and gags to keep his audience in stitches. Funny, frenetic and mad, his act can feature anything from blowing up a woman and eating balloons, to cutting his hand off and doing press-ups on his willy. His very immature approach to life makes time in his company pure joy.

Dane J Baptiste
After growing up in '80s South-East London and surviving a post-Bush, post-racial, post-Thatcher, post-Twilight Society, Dane realised that it was a moral obligation to chronicle and in some places parody the human experience and contemporary western culture.
Having written and starred in his own sitcom for the BBC (Sunny D) and performed a triumphant run at the Edinburgh Festival, Dane Baptiste is fast becoming regarded as definitely one to watch as his career takes off.
As seen on Live At The Apollo, 8 out of 10 Cats Does Countdown (Channel 4), Mock the Week (BBC Two), Chris Ramsey's Stand Up Central (Comedy Central), Tonight at the London Palladium (ITV1), Live from the BBC (BBC Two), Seann Walsh’s Late Night Comedy Spectacular (BBC3) and Live at The Comedy Store (Comedy Central).
'Brilliant' (Comedy Blogedy)
'Intelligent and genuinely hilarious' (Adam Bloom)
'Observational comedy at its finest' (The Independent)
'Baptiste is a comical genius' (http://www.EdFestMag.com)
'A thunderingly charismatic comic' (The Guardian).

Kate Lucas
'Kate Lucas is a unique act who combines a warm, self-deprecating persona with a dark dry wit that that runs through her songs. She combines catchy, original melodies with sophisticated lyrics and a fresh delivery style to present her playfully bitter musings on life' (Careys)
'Stole the whole evening with her musical comedy... had some of the crowd at the back of the room crying with tears' (Fringe Report)
'Combines deft lyrics with a lovely sense of progression' (Chortle)
'Hugely talented musical funny girl' (Monkey Business Comedy).

Thanyia Moore
Described as ‘Moore by name and moorish by nature’, Thanyia Moore has always held a love for comedy, but despite a background in acting and dance, she didn't find the confidence to tell jokes on stage until much later in life.
With a brutally honest ‘matter of fact’ stage persona combined with charm and razor sharp wit, she's taken the comedy circuit by storm with show after show as one of the hardest working comics around.
Winner of the coveted Best Female Newcomer Award at the 2013 Black Comedy Awards, she's definitely a talent to look out for.
'I haven't seen anyone like you since Gina Yashere... (Richard Blackwood)
'Thanyia is what was missing from urban comedy. A funny woman with an opinion' (Kojo)
'Thanyia presents her comedy with a real zest and hearty feeling that demonstrates she adores comedy... And the audiences adore her too in return. A pleasure to watch and laugh' (Mr Cee)
'Thanyia Moore has come on to the stand up circuit with a style, hilarious wit, brutal honesty and flair that has made her infamous – traits which I think will make her famous!’ (Dane Baptiste).

Michael Legge
Stand-up comedian with a cruel tongue that gets the rest of his body into trouble - definitely for the adults only!
'Often copied, but never matched' (Time Out)
'A hugely popular and enjoyable comic who we are thrilled to have back... (Red Card Comedy Club).
