Andante
Andante is walking, dancing and celebrating. It is an invitation to pause, to connect with your senses, to be in a room with strangers and not have to say anything. It is a step - and more steps - into the cloud of uncertainty, time and imagination.
Andante is an exploration of perception. The theatre is filled up with smoke and scent. The sight will be blurred to bring to the foreground the other senses.
Igor and Moreno make hypnotic, humorous and visceral works exploring people’s needs and desires. Andante follows on from international tours of acclaimed works Idiot-Syncrasy ('Unmissable!' Everything Theatre *****) and A Room For All Our Tomorrows ('Unpretentious, minimal yet lush and therefore all the more extreme' Seeing Dance).
