Evgenia Arbugaeva: Arctic Stories
The first UK solo show by award winning Russian artist Evgenia Arbugaeva includes two bodies of work, Weather Man (2013) and Tiksi (2009-2012).
Weather Man is inspired by the solitary life of a meteorologist living on a remote peninsular in northern Russia, while Tiksi's ethereal landscapes depict Arbugaeva’s hometown, a Siberian settlement on the shore of the Arctic Ocean.
