A Carnival Of Carols
Seasonal music from one of the UK's best-loved early-music/folk bands. From Medieval England to ‘le jazz cool’ via Latin rhythms and Cajun beats, The Carnival Band go beyond the spirit of Christmas to the spirit of celebration the world over.
These five musical explorers, well-known for their recordings with Maddy Prior, perform here in their own right playing a cornucopia of instruments and delighting with rich vocal harmony. The perfect start to the festive season. Suitable for all ages.
