The 2026 London Gold Cup Lunch will once again be hosted in the stunning surroundings of The Oval’s exclusive 175 Suite – one of the world’s most iconic cricket venues. A must for any sports fan, this action-packed day features all the racing from Cheltenham, fantastic catering and top class sporting chat with two British sporting icons.


As the Cheltenham Gold Cup takes centre stage in the racing calendar, guests will enjoy big-screen coverage of all the action in luxurious comfort. We’re thrilled to welcome two true legends of British sport as our special guests for this event. Glenn Hoddle, one of the most gifted English footballers of his generation and a former England manager, will be joined by Frank Bruno, the beloved former heavyweight world champion boxer known for his incredible career and infectious charisma.

Glenn Hoddle is an English former footballer and manager. He now works as a television pundit and commentator for ITV Sport and BT Sport. He played as a midfielder for Tottenham Hotspur, AS Monaco, Chelsea and Swindon Town and at international level for England.

Frank Bruno M.B.E. appearing at this event

Frank Bruno M.B.E.

Franklin Roy Bruno is an English former boxer whose career highlight was winning the WBC Heavyweight championship in 1995. Altogether, he won 40 of his 45 contests. Like Henry Cooper before him, Bruno has remained a popular celebrity with the British public since his ring career ended, and still appears regularly in pantomime.
