The material will cover the legacy that is Swarb’s immense back catalogue, from his early beginnings with Beryl Marriott to the BBC Radio Ballads (Ewan MacColl, Peggy Seeger, A.L.Lloyd), Ian Campbell Folk Group to the groundbreaking duo Carthy & Swarbrick , the golden years with Fairport Convention and on through his blazing “red” years with the singer/songwriter Alistair Hulett.
Never one to rest on his laurels, Swarb’s last great musical adventures were playing with the sensational Canadian Jason Wilson Band, which produced two studio albums with Swarb.
