Amsterdam
Amsterdam are a Merseyside six-piece pop-rock band formed by former Pele singer Ian Prowse who deliver an irresistible blend of soaring melodies and lyrics of heartache. Proud of their musical place of upbringing, the band received much attention with their 2005 single 'Does This Train Stop on Merseyside?' They were invited four times to play live on Janice Long's Radio 2 show and impressed Elvis Costello who invited them to perform with him on BBC1.
