Max Romeo’s marathon career has had huge reach and influenced a vast number of reggae and roots artists. His links to the the UK have remained strong and this has given Soundcrash Music an opportunity to present you with this rare show.
With a back catalogue longer that the Great Wall of China, Romeo will be filling the evening with all his iconic reggae and roots classics. The show itself will be a voyage through the history of Max’s career and Jamaican culture itself. Having written songs through all the trials and tribulations that Jamaica has faced in the last 50 years brings another level of honesty and significance to his music, which makes each of his shows all the more special.
