Rathbones Folio Prize Sessions

Join 2018βs Rathbones Folio Prize shortlisted authors, Jon McGregor (Reservoir 13), Sally Rooney (Conversations with Friends), Richard Beard (The Day That Went Missing), Xiaolu Guo (Once Upon A Time In The East), and Richard Lloyd Parry (Ghosts of the Tsunami), and judges Jim Crace, Nikesh Shukla and Kate Summerscale, as well as members of the Folio Academy on Monday 7th May for a day of talks, readings and discussion. The programme also features four award-winning writers from the Folio Academy β Kamila Shamsie, AL Kennedy, Ross Raisin and Evie Wyld β alongside four exceptional students in the Rathbones Folio Mentorship programme.
The Rathbones Folio Prize is awarded to the best new work of literature published in the English language in a given year, regardless of form. Uniquely, the books are all chosen by the writers and critics of The Folio Academy.
