Peter Nichols At 90
To mark the 90th birthday, of one of the UK’s greatest living playwrights, Peter Nichols, The British Library will be hosting an evening, celebrating the man and his work, on Friday 22 September.
Joining Peter for an evening of conversation will be one of the key directors of his work, Michael Grandage. In addition to readings of extracts from his plays by some special guests, the evening promises to be full of anecdotes and observations as Peter looks back on hisc life, illustrated with material from his expansive and fascinating archive which is now housed at the British Library.
