Come along to spot comedy stars of the future and vote for your favourites alongside comedy industry folk, in the first heat of this prestigious Award, previously won by Jack Whitehall and Sarah Millican.
Comedians compete to win a place in the Final on the Edinburgh Fringe plus the shiny moose trophy and £1500.

Born and Braised in the North of England BBC Radio New Comedy Award finalist 2015 Andy Storey is one of the most original, exciting and idiosyncratic rising stars of the post alternative comedy scene. His deliciously dry sense of humour, and effortless performance style mark him out as a refreshing, albeit positively cynical new voice in comedy.
Andy started Stand-Up in November 2010 and since then has been remarkably prolific finding himself in the final of six major competitions. Notably ‘One to Watch’ runner-up at the world famous Up The Creek Comedy Club, Leicester Square New act of the year and the prestigious BBC Radio New Comedy Award 2015.
