An exciting opportunity to hear acclaimed New York City virtuoso Stephen Tharp in concert at the mighty Grand Organ of St Paul’s. Hailed as “the best organist in America” (The Diapason), Tharp brings a formidable programme to London, with music from his home country, Brahms and Elgar at their poetic best, the wind and fire of Messiaen’s landmark Messe de la Pentecôte, and concluding with Liszt’s epic Totentanz.
