LBO Concert 8 - Wellington's Victory, Piano Concerto After The Violin Concerto, Symphony 8
In their penultimate concert of their Beethoven concerto/symphony cycle, the London Beethoven Orchestra are joined once again by pianist Anthony Hewitt, performing the rarely played piano concerto arrangement of the violin concerto.
To open the concert, Ben Knowles conducts Wellington's Victory (the Battle Symphony) and concludes the concert with the Eighth Symphony.
