Kei Takumi - piano

Japanese concert pianist Kei Takumi was the youngest finalist of the 8th Hamamatsu International Piano Competition, achieving 6th place and Best Performer of the commissioned contemporary work.

Since then, he has played concertos with a number of orchestras as well as giving over 20 piano solo recitals mainly in Nagoya and Tokyo with most demanding repertoire from baroque to contemporary, such as completed Etudes by Liszt and Ligeti.

Recently he appointed as a Goodwill Ambassador of his hometown Kasugai-City.
