Gong Babies

Come for a relaxing music workshop aimed at new parents, carers and non-crawling babies.

On the island of Java many children experience the beautiful sounds of the gamelan (Javanese percussion orchestra) as babes in arms. This is an opportunity to immerse yourself and your baby in the meditative and mesmerising chimes of the gamelan.

No previous musical experience is required, just a willingness to take off your shoes, sit on the floor and have fun!

For ages 0 – 6 months

Each baby needs to be accompanied by one participating adult. Places are limited to a maximum of ten babies accompanied by ten adults. Tickets are £5 for one adult and one baby.
