Nathan is a young black British comic, gigging on both the mainstream and black comedy circuit. His set is highly obsevational, influenced by his culture and upbringing, and also coming from a young person's outlook on life, from the well-known Nigerian traffic warden and the always-disciplining West-Indian mother, to MTV's Pimp my Ride.
'Excellent story-telling skills keep the crowd easily entertained' (Three Weeks).
‘Caton is probably the most exciting young black comic on the scene’ (Fest Magazine).
'Caton's a slick performer with an unbeatable stage attitude and the confident air of someone much more experienced' (Chortle).
'Compelling, well-observed stand-up... He specialises in laidback, on-the-nose material, chopping down fools of all colours, both in day-to-day life and in the media' (The Guardian).
Nathan Caton was named in Ents24's top 20 hardest-working comedians of 2015.

Michael Stranney is a character comedian from Northern Ireland who has been performing stand up since late 2012. His award winning character Daniel Duffy. Aswell as his stand up, Michael also co-wrote and co-directed a short film that was shortlisted for the 2013 Virgin Media Awards and was shown prior to feature trailers in over 200 cinemas across the UK.
“Perfectly encapsulated fuzzy Irish whimsy in a compelling, nervous stream-of-consciousness. The sense of place is powerful, with his quirkily amusing descriptions wittily fleshing out the vivid situation.” Chortle.
“Clearly stood out on the night and was one of the few acts that you really wanted to hear more than five minutes of.” Bruce Dessau, Beyond a Joke.
