Cabaret Roulette - The Defiance Fundraiser

On 21 May, Cabaret Roulette was unapologetically told by their previous venue to write off the money owed to them, following months of promises to the opposite, exacerbating a very precarious situation brought on by the sudden closure of said venue due to, according to the licensing council, poor management on their part.

They were originally spitting angry, but, in the face of the tremendous support from the cabaret community, they've evolved to feeling defiant and resilient and determined.

They're throwing a party to raise some funds and celebrate this mad, beautiful community.
