Connect with nature from Brittany to California at a live performance of composer and multi-instrumentalist Yann Tiersen’s new album, All.

The album is the first to be recorded at Tiersen’s new studio, venue and community centre, The Eskal Project, built in an abandoned discotheque on the island of Ushant, a small island positioned in the Celtic Sea between Brittany and Cornwall.

Continuing the themes of environment first explored on previous album EUSA, All incorporates recordings from outside Brittany, such as the redwood forests of California, field recordings from Tempelhof airport in Berlin, and guest vocalists.

Since the release of EUSA, Tiersen has performed in some of the world’s most prestigious venues and festivals, including Edinburgh International Festival, Officine Grandi Riparazioni in Turin, and Sydney Opera House. These dates see him return to the UK for the first time since 2017.
