Inferior - How Science Got Women Wrong
Transform how you think about women’s minds, bodies and place in the human evolutionary story in this session.
Scientific research on women has been plagued by mistakes and bias for more than a century. Taking Angela Saini's groundbreaking book Inferior as a starting point, this session looks at everything from sex differences to brains, with a little bit of Darwin and more.
Speakers include award-winning journalist and author of Inferior: How Science Got Women Wrong, Angela Saini; and international expert on brain-imaging techniques, and Emeritus Professor of Cognitive Neuroimaging, Professor Gina Rippon.
