Lemm Sissay

Best-selling poet and playwright Lemn Sissay hosts the 2016 Creative Future Literary Awards featuring readings from the twelve finalists and other special guests. Founded in 2013, the Creative Future Literary Awards is the UK’s only national literary competition specifically aimed at talented writers who lack opportunities due to mental health issues, disability, identity or other social circumstance.

Prizes include £1000 in cash as well as professional and artistic development support from leading organisations such as The Literary Consultancy and New Writing South.
