Burt Bacharach

The legendary Burt Bacharach has announced he will be returning to British shores in June / July 2015 for concerts which will give a rare insight into the man behind the music.

This shows will see Bacharach's work celebrated through the annual A Life In Song Series, who have previously paid tribute to Sir Tim Rice, Don Black, Tony Hatch and David Arnold amongst others. Not only will Burt perform, but special guest artists will take to the stage to perform his most loved songs to the backdrop of an orchestra as Burt shares anecdotes behind some of the most popular songs of the 20th Century.

Burt will perform some of his greatest and unforgettable hits, including The Look Of Love, I Say A Little Prayer, Raindrops Keep Fallin' On My Head and (They Long To Be) Close To You. Along with Bob Dylan, John Lennon, Paul McCartney and Paul Simon, Bacharach is a legend of popular music.
