Debbie Sledge, Niels Lan Doky Trio

The incomparable Debbie Sledge of legendary soul group Sister Sledge has taken audiences by storm since teaming up with acclaimed jazz pianist Niels Lan Doky and his trio.

Following a sold-out lunchtime performance in 2016, they return to Ronnie’s to perform compelling renditions of soul and jazz classic as well as lesser known gems and originals from both Sledge and Doky.
Expect soulful/jazzy renditions of classics such as Les McCann’s ‘Compared to What’, Gershwin’s ‘Summertime ‘, James Brown’s ‘It’s a Man’s World’, Stevie Wonders ‘Living for the City’ and of course, ’We are Family’.
