Of Blood And Fire
Komola Collective will bring to life some of the diary entries of Jahanara Imam, a Bangladeshi writer and political activist. She is most widely remembered for her efforts to bring to trial those accused of committing war crimes in the Liberation War of Bangladesh in 1971. ‘The Mother of Martyrs’, as she is popularly known, launched a campaign to bring the war criminals of Bangladesh to justice. Her heartache voiced a nation’s demand.
